Atkins & Atkins is a husband and wife team. Linda Atkins was one of Jefferson County's Chief Prosecutors of Domestic Violence and has been an Assistant General Bank Counsel. She is also a published novelist. Tom Atkins practiced with Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs and Borowitz & Goldsmith concentrating in civil and criminal litigation. The firm is small but highly motivated, dedicated to representing its clients with the best legal expertise possible in all Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
